Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another confirmation when your order has shipped.

At TARAM, we keep shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! In order to keep our shipping fees fair to all customers, your shipping address will be taken into consideration when calculating shipping fees at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TARAM Jewelry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10-17 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shoptaramjewelry@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All of our products have unique measurements since we offer a curated selection of limited jewelry pieces.

Please check your color and size preference for each product at checkout before making your purchase to ensure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. 

Although items are final sale in most cases your satisfaction is what's most important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us at shoptaramjewelry@gmail.com to open an order dispute within 7 days after receiving your purchase.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shoptaramjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
